Installation
Eikos is a zero-install system. It requires internet access and a web browser with a free Adobe Flash player plug-in.

The Project View
The Project View is the screen that illustrates the five phases of each project and every task in each phase; it's the project storyboard. Every Task is represented by a colour coded rectangle; the colour indicates the status of the task. Icons alert the User to Tasks that are due imminently. Other areas of the screen show high-level project details, a Project Log and detailed (human) resources assigned to the Project.

Task Details View
Clicking on a task box takes the user into the Task detail screen where the requirements of the business process are presented; it's the "how to" screen and also where users report progress against process requirements.

Portfolio View
The portfolio view gives instant access to a group of projects with the ability to "dig down" to any Project View and Task Details with 1 or 2 mouse clicks.

Reports
Eikos provides several standard reports which can be customised. New reports can be created when required. A Gantt chart, an enhanced RACI (Resources) report and a Project narrative provide a comprehensive range of information on demand. The information in the reports is drawn from Eikos data so is always the latest available.

Integrated Process & Progress
Eikos runs off a dedicated server so everyone on a project team has access to the same information at the same time. Eikos allows almost unlimited access to supporting information and the ability to upload project specific information in the same interface.
